Leadership At Its Best, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a leadership and life skills development organization based in Gahanna, Ohio. We provide training programs, workshops, and conferences for pre-college students, college and university leaders, and business organizations. Our website is located at www.leadershipaib.org.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting a contact form, registering for a program or conference, or otherwise engaging with Leadership At Its Best, you confirm that:

3. Programs, Conferences & Registration

Program Enrollment

Registration for Leadership At Its Best programs, including BOLD Conferences and other workshops, is subject to availability. Completing a registration form and submitting payment (where applicable) constitutes your agreement to participate under the terms outlined here and any additional program-specific terms provided at the time of registration.

Participant Eligibility

Some programs are designed for specific age groups or audiences (for example, the BOLD program serves participants ages 10–19). By registering, you confirm that the participant meets any stated eligibility requirements. Leadership At Its Best reserves the right to refuse registration or remove participants who do not meet eligibility criteria.

Parental Consent for Minors

If you are registering a participant under the age of 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that participant and that you consent to their participation in the program. You also agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf.

Program Changes & Cancellations

Leadership At Its Best reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs, conferences, or events at any time. In the event of a cancellation by Leadership At Its Best, registered participants will be notified as promptly as possible and offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Payment

Where program fees apply, full payment is required to confirm your registration. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of registration. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Leadership At Its Best. Our general refund policy is as follows:

• • • • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program date: full refund
      • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program date: 50% refund
      • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program date: no refund
      • No-shows on the day of the program: no refund

Leadership At Its Best reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, guardians, and organizational partners are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all Leadership At Its Best programs and events. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program — without refund — whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with our mission and values.

This includes but is not limited to:

• • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • Discriminatory language or behavior
  • Damage to venue property
  • Any conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of other participants or staff

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to curriculum materials, training guides, written content, graphics, logos, program names, and the BOLD™ program brand — is the exclusive property of Leadership At Its Best, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for educational purposes may be permitted with proper attribution.

7. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

By participating in a Leadership At Its Best program or conference, you grant Leadership At Its Best, LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images or video of participants for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event. For participants under the age of 18, this consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Leadership At Its Best does not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs.

11. Limitation of Liability
