Leadership At Its Best, LLC was built on a simple but powerful belief – that great leaders aren't born, they're developed. For over a decade, founder Carter D. Womack and his team have been doing exactly that, working alongside students, campus organizations, and business professionals across Ohio and the Southeast to build the skills, character, and confidence that leadership requires.
We don't do one-size-fits-all training. We meet people where they are – in classrooms, on campuses, in boardrooms – and we walk with them toward where they're capable of going. That's been our mission from day one, and it hasn't changed.
About Dr. Carter Womack
Carter D. Womack is the Founder, President, and CEO of Leadership At Its Best, LLC – a Gahanna, Ohio-based organization he built from the ground up on one core conviction: that the right training, at the right time, can change the trajectory of a person's life.
For over a decade, Carter has led the development and delivery of leadership and life skills programs for pre-college students, college and university leaders, and business organizations of all sizes. His approach is direct, his expectations are high, and his results speak for themselves. Everything Carter and his team do is designed around a single purpose – to Set People and Organizations UP for SUCCESS.
