Our Signature Programs
BOLD Program
The BOLD (Black-Student Orientation to Leadership Development) program is our flagship initiative, offering young African-American men ages 10–19 the tools and confidence to excel in leadership roles through dynamic workshops and conferences.

Leadership Foundations for Pre-College Students
Great leaders aren't born in college — they're built long before. Our Leadership Foundations program equips middle and high school students in public and charter schools with the real-world skills they need to succeed: goal-setting, critical thinking, self-reliance, and the confidence to lead in their classrooms, communities, and beyond.
College Leaders Development
College is where leadership gets tested. Our College Leaders Development program prepares university students and campus organization leaders for that challenge — through interactive workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and real-world leadership applications that go far beyond the classroom.
